Catering Orders
Please allow at least a 24-hour notice for catering requests. Last minute orders are subject to acceptance and may result
in price changes. Orders can be placed via email to alandoskitchen@yahoo.com, or by phone at 610 882 0744
All catering orders are presented on high quality disposable platters unless otherwise arranged. All hot entrees are presented
in disposable chaffing dishes. Stainless steel chafing dishes are available upon request for an additional charge. High quality
foam disposable plates, utensils, napkins and serving spoons are included at a $0.50 per person charge. Clear plastic ware
is available at a $2.25 per person charge. There is a $5.00 fee per disposable chaffing dish for all hot entrees.
Deposits
A 50 percent deposit is required to confirm a large event and must be paid on the date that the contract is signed and
executed. Balance is due 48 hours prior to the event date.
Payments
Alando's Kitchen accepts cash, checks with proper identification.
Applications take approximately 3 days to process. Accounts are billed net 30. Interest and attorney's fees for late payments
will be enforced on all outstanding invoices past 30 days. For questions about ordering or opening an account, please call

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only if made by 12:00 p.m. the day prior to the delivery date, and 48 hours in advance on weekend
orders. Violations of this policy will result in full charges of the items ordered. One-week notice is required for large
events with no charge to the client. For event orders cancelled with less than one-week notice, 50 percent of the estimated
fee will be charged.

Delivery and Pick-Up
Alando's Kitchen delivers throughout the entire Tri-state (NY, NJ, CT), and Metro Area (PA, DE, & MD). There is a delivery
charge, which is determined by mileage. Also, there is a set minimum order based on location.
